Have you followed various diets or eating fads in your life? Are you confused about what to eat, what is “healthy”? Do you want a more positive relationship with food? Then this workshop is for you! In this two-hour workshop, I will help you approach how you eat in a new way- an approach rooted in mindfulness, education, non-judgment, and support. We will focus on how to develop eating habits for the long-term, a relationship with food that will provide you both nourishment and pleasure, for life.
