“When I first heard of Holistic coaching I had no idea what I was getting into, but after reading a little and having a couple of sessions I realized it was about whatever I needed to address in my life, from food and exercise to consciously scheduling time to breathe after I get home form work. All to improve my life in a positive and measurable way. I think it should really be called “wholistic coaching” because it addresses the whole person in such an in-depth manner. Michelle is an excellent coach, she uses her incredible listening and reasoning skills to really get at the heart of your goals. Though the sessions are completely directed by what I feel I need to work on, Michelle does an excellent job at getting me to honor my words and commitments by giving me the push I need. All of the goals we make are attainable and measurable which set me up for instant success. “My experience was a great blend of consulting and coaching - Michelle was able to use coaching as a way to figure out where I was in terms of habits, willingness to change, and of where I wanted to go in terms of health habits. She used a consulting role when I asked specific questions on eating, planning meals, times of day to eat, and in determining how I might adjust my diet in order to alleviate a digestion issue. She also was able to lead me to understanding how I might be under more stress than I was willing to admit, which may have an adverse affect on my sleeping patterns.”

“I had the opportunity to participate in the first Fit Life session at Fit House, and I am very glad I did! Michelle is so knowledgeable and she has this fantastic ability to meet you where you are so you do not feel overwhelmed. I still practice a lot of the new habits I learned in the program. I lost some weight during the program, and the great thing about it is that I did not put it back on even during my summer vacations.
