Holistic Wellness Coaching
What change are you ready to make to move yourself toward greater health and nourishment?
So many of us are struggling. You may be struggling with weight gain, unpleasant symptoms, health diagnoses, lack of energy, poor mood. As a holistic wellness coach, I am here to help you start to make changes in your life. I want you to feel strong, energetic, happy, and nourished. I want to help you make changes for your long-term health.
You may be ready to change your eating habits, how you move your body, how you deal with stress, how you slow down and rest your body and/or mind, how you spend your time, or any other aspect of your life.
You may know what you want to do but do not know how to make the change happen, or how to make it last longer than a week or month.
Or you may not know exactly what you want or need to do, or what to do first, but you know you are ready for change, and ready to feel healthier.
Coaching can be a profound process if you are ready and motivated to change. As your coach, I am your partner in change. I help you map out a plan for change and provide support and accountability as you take your next steps to realize your goals. I have been trained to listen deeply from a body/mind/spirit perspective, reflect back to you what I hear and perceive, explore patterns, ask powerful questions to clarify an issue, and help you challenge your assumptions. I create with you a space where honesty and openness are valued and there is no judgment. In our work together, you never fail; everything you do or do not do is worthwhile information and an opportunity to learn and grow.
During the coaching process I also provide education, as appropriate and if you are interested, on the topics of holistic nutrition, mindful eating, metabolic health, inflammation, gut health (among others), in addition to sleep, exercise and movement, and stress. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
Coaching Details and Rates
In coaching, you will experience greater and more lasting change when you take small steps over time. We will talk every week or every other week, depending on your schedule and goals. Some clients find four to eight sessions sufficient, and others have worked with me for extended periods of time.
Coaching sessions last for 60 minutes (unless otherwise specified) and are conducted in person, by phone, or over Zoom.
