I believe we can all create habits that foster greater health, including our food choices, how we move our bodies, our sleep habits, our thoughts, how we deal with stress, our relationships, and where we find meaning in our lives.

I believe everyone deserves not just to be “healthy”, but to be nourished, by their food and their life.

Nourishing yourself is about YOU. It is personal. It involves mindfulness- paying attention- to what makes you feel good in your body, mind, and soul.  What makes you feel energized. What makes you feel happy. What makes you feel strong. What makes you feel connected and gives you a purpose.

Nourish Yourself with Your Food

Allow your food to not just feed you, but nourish you.  Nourishing yourself does not mean rules, calorie counts, or someone else’s meal plan. It is not based on a number on a scale. You can free yourself from the cage of diet culture, develop a positive relationship with food, and allow your food to be a source of nourishment and pleasure.

Michelle Buzbee, M.A.

Holistic Health Educator, Nutritionist, and Coach

If you are ready to make a change in your life and move in a direction of greater health, but can’t quite figure out how, or need some motivation and accountability, I can be a partner in helping you attain that change. My name is Michelle Buzbee and I have a Master's degree in Holistic Health Education with a specialization in Holistic Nutrition.

I want to help you learn to nourish yourself. Rather than trying to "be healthy" based on outside pressures (family, friends, media, medical establishment), I will work with you to develop your own personal definition and vision of health, explore your values, and then choose health goals that are rooted in what is important to you.

I offer Holistic Wellness Coaching, Health Education Workshops, and Nutritional Consulting so you can make positive and healthy changes in your life. I reside in Davis, California but can work with you anywhere via phone or Zoom.
